Save Time, Improve Safety Using Our Registration App
When you are sick or injured, the last thing you want to do is spend time in a waiting room. With Southern Arizona Urgent Care’s new registration portal, you won’t have to.
Our new digital platform allows you to request an appointment, check-in, register, and get appointment status updates. You’ll be able to use this convenient registration portal at any of our nine locations. It’s designed to improve convenience and safety.
Safer, better, faster
These days, social distancing is on everyone’s mind, especially in healthcare facilities. No one wants to spend any more time around sick people than is absolutely necessary. That’s why we’ve eliminated the need to register in person.
What’s the reason for your visit?
Use the app to tell us exactly why you need to be seen. Is it a runny nose and sore throat? Maybe it’s an eye infection or a twisted ankle? The app will let you know which of our facilities is best equipped to diagnose your injury. If you need diagnostic imaging, like an x-ray, you will need to go to the location with the right equipment and technicians.
In a hurry? The app will also tell you the current wait time at your selected location and how many patients are ahead of you. If you can’t wait, the app will suggest other nearby locations with fewer patients ahead of you.
Streamlined registration process
When you arrive at one of our locations, you’ll call the receptionist to be given a registration access code. Next, you’ll use your phone to enter demographic information like your name, birthdate and address. You’ll answer questions about your medical history and electronically sign consent forms and privacy disclosures. You’ll be able to use your phone’s camera to upload your identification and insurance cards to the app.
You’re all set!
Once the registration process is complete, you can start heading to the location you chose. When your provider is ready, you’ll be notified via the app.The process is seamless and safe for everyone!
We are also proud to offer telehealth visits that will utilize our digital app. You’ll check in the same way, but instead of selecting a brick-and-mortar location, you’ll see a provider digitally. This service allows you to see a doctor from the comfort of your home. Most insurance companies cover telehealth visits, but the copay costs vary.
Southern Arizona Urgent Care is dedicated to getting you better and helping you stay that way. If you have questions about our app or services, please give us a call at 520-544-2273.
