What Must an Employer Do if an Employee is Injured on the Job?
The employer is required to provide the following information to the employee:
- Employer Name
- Workers Compensation Insurance Carrier Name
- A copy of the employee’s job description including the essential functions of the job.
- Employer-specific requirements (i.e. post-accident drug testing, etc.)
